RRS Group is a privately held New Delhi family owned group established in 1985.
Beginning in architecture, interiors and furniture, the Group has expanded into hospitality, technology, manufacturing, income producing real estate, development and education. The Group believes in measured, steady expansion, building each business and asset with discipline and without external debt.

03 · Hospitality
200 keys under development across Rishikesh and Haridwar, with both projects approximately ten minutes from their respective city centres.
An existing resort on two acres, being upgraded into a 70 key five star destination. A proposed Destination by Hyatt affiliation is subject to final agreement.
A six acre five star resort development with Ganges views, next to the upcoming Delhi Dehradun Expressway Haridwar spur. The site is expected to be approximately two hours from Delhi upon completion of the connection and ten minutes from Haridwar city centre. The project plan is approved by the State Government.

The Group identifies land opportunities, undertakes commercial and title diligence, assembles adjoining parcels where required, and structures strategic sales to established developers. This capability is supported by local market knowledge, disciplined acquisition and a long term understanding of land value.
Transactions are evaluated with title, commercial and statutory diligence alongside professional advice.

A BCom Honours graduate from the University of Delhi, she leads finance and financial oversight across the Group’s businesses and assets.
Technology and next generation initiatives.
Rajiv Goyal graduated in architecture from Regional College of Engineering, University of Nagpur, earning distinctions in architectural design. He began practising while still at university, with early work including Hotel La Horee in 1983, before training in Paris with Pierre Cardin and gaining multidisciplinary exposure across architecture, interiors and lifestyle design.
His work spans cultural, institutional, hospitality, corporate and residential commissions. Selected experience includes assignments for the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, international Festival of India presentations with Rajiv Sethi, educational institutions, and projects for Hero Honda, Reliance Industries and leading automotive groups, alongside residences and commercial spaces in India and internationally.
Rajiv has spoken at international design and architecture forums, including a master class in Moscow in 2007 and a presentation in Verona. He has also served as a visiting jury member at NIFT since 1995. Through Art Livings, his practice brings together architecture, interiors, bespoke furniture, textiles, art curation and lifestyle design.
Raman Goyal holds a First Class BEng with Honours in Computer Science with Management from the University of Edinburgh. He received the class prize for highest overall performance and the Edinburgh Award, and is pursuing an LL.B. with Honours focused on commercial and property law, with expected completion in 2027.
He is the founder and CEO of Zavi Voice, an artificial intelligence voice writing and automation platform used by thousands of users across major mobile and desktop platforms. His international experience includes startups and financial technology in London, alongside selection by Antler and Entrepreneur First.
Within RRS Group, Raman contributes to technology, investing, real estate and next generation business initiatives, combining a global outlook with long term involvement in the Group’s operating businesses and assets.
